In a word….. excellence.

SEATTLE BRASS ATTACK is an attempt to balance the busy lives of our playing members with the pursuit of excellence in musical performance. While we do want to fit within everyone’s schedule, and create a community among brass players of all experience levels, we must honor the primary commitment all members make to the group: To perform to the best of our ability.

We are setting high standards, and are building towards being one of the regions premier brass groups. Performances are ongoing, with plans to compete at the Drum Corps Associates Senior World Championships in the “mini-corps” division.

The following brass positions are open. We are looking for an additional brass instructor, and possibly a percussion coordinator.
1 lead soprano
1 harmony soprano
2 mellophone
2 baritone
1 contrabass

We are also looking to add an experienced percussionist to play timbales, rack toms, hand percussion etc., as well as back up for our regular set drummer.
